The house on beautiful Cayuga Lake was comfortable and had everything we needed. Kim and Mike thought of everything from a nice Welcome Book including restaurants, things to see and do in the area, and a helpful guide to their home.
The kayaks were a nice addition. We really enjoyed being on the lake and watching the birds and geese. We definitely had a nice time exploring Seneca Falls, and visiting the wineries, and the beauty of the area.

The house was perfect for our family reunion of 9 adults and two children. the property offers a lot of space for various activities like firepit, kayaking, hot tub, relaxing on the porch, bbq, biking, walking, birdwatching, etc. The inside of the house is large enough giving privacy to couples or families that need it. the basement has two bedrooms with a large common area, fridge, dishes, etc. Our entire party was very happy with the house.

The house was exactly as described....clean and very spacious. It's perfect for large groups and/or multiple families as there is an entire separate living space on the lower floor that even includes a kitchenette. The price was very reasonable and the hosts were attentive and informative. You could tell they take great care in accommodating their guests. Lakefront access was awesome and we enjoyed spending nights roasting marshmallows and hotdogs on the large fire pit. Overall, it was a blast and I would highly recommend the property.

All I can say is AMAZING! It was fully furnished, and if you forgot anything, it was there for you. The place was beautiful with all the furnishings. The bed was a dream! The scenery was incredible. Hosts were top notch. Highly recommend this place!!! We will return!! Thank you Kim and Mike!!

We went to Kim and Mike’s place with a group of 9 adults, 3 kiddos and 1 infant, and the space was absolutely perfect as advertised. The crib in the master bedroom was such a thoughtful touch. The space is gorgeous overlooking the lake, with plenty of lawn space for games and activities. We also loved what was provided for additional entertainment, with our plenty of board games, lawn games and even coloring supplies at the house to supplement what we brought. Mike and Kim were also extremely responsive hosts. Someone in our party forgot something and they offered to ship it; truly above and beyond! We would definitely recommend this listing.

Our stay at Kim & Mike’s place was perfect! The home was spotless, cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. The lake setting was extremely peaceful and we were in close proximity to a number of great wineries.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the Finger Lakes region. Thank you!!

I'd give this 6 stars if I could!
The cabin is right on the lake and we greatly enjoyed watching the waves and waterlife through the windows.
Everything was very well stocked with thoughtful touches for anything we needed - from the kitchen to the board games and kayaks.
The AC units worked surprisingly well and kept the place cool even when it was hot outside.
We did find there was less to do in Seneca Falls than we had imagined, but there were plenty of other points of interest 10-30 min away, so it never felt like we were driving too far to get to things.
There were only 2 of us so we just booked the bottom floor, but it was definitely big enough for us. I would stay here again.

The home was comfortable and roomy enough for myself, my adult children and their families. It is often a challenge finding a place that works with several small households coming together for a family vacation. This home worked very well for that setup. The canoe and kayaks were definitely a hit. We would definitely return if our family vacation destination is in this area again sometime in the future.

We LOVED our stay at the Cape! The house was so clean and comfortable. The views are just incredible! This property made our weekend so lovely and relaxing. Kim & Mike were wonderful and helpful hosts. Already talking about when we go back again!

Eight women experienced the Sanctuary which was beautiful, clean and peaceful. It far exceeded our expectations. Had everything we needed and more. Was a short drive to many wineries, quite neighborhood. Would love to come back for another stay.
