We loved our stay! The view is amazing and the living room and view are better than the photos! Everything was very comfortable and the house has all you could need. It was a great base for exploring the Finger Lakes. We loved every minute of it!

We loved “The Cape” for our honeymoon. We had a week full of relaxation, local-ish hikes, making smores, and exploring Seneca Falls, Ithaca, & Watkins Glen.
The view from the home is gorgeous and everything was super cozy and homey. We will definitely consider returning especially in warmer months! Kim and Mike were great, responsive hosts.

Thank you Kim and Mike for hosting our large group of 13 women while we visited local shops and wineries. The huge house was peaceful, homey and had gorgeous west facing lake views with spectacular sunsets. We had plenty of room in the generous open spaces to prepare our meals, play cards, watch TV and laugh while we shared stories.

We went on our first vacation with our daughter, husband and our 3 month old granddaughter. Everything was very comfortable and very relaxing. We had access up the road to launch our boat which was very convenient. Not far from town which we visited twice. The view of the lake from the bedroom and living room was beautiful. Very bright and cheery inside. Thank you so much Kim and Mike for such a great first vacation with our new grandchild in your home!

Kim and Mike’s place was ideal for our Labor Day weekend family getaway. The place was very clean and we had fun with kayaks during the day and the firepit each night. Would definitely recommend their air bnb!

Kim & Mike were amazing hosts and The Cape was absolutely beautiful. Everything you could ever need was provided and the location was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary. The gentleman next door was very friendly. If you are looking for a space on Cayuga Lake, look no further!

Great spot on Cayuga Lake! So much room for a large group to spread out. Kim and Mike’s home had a great supply of all the little essentials like beach towels, firewood, and cooking oil. It was easy to feel right at home. The hot tub was also a fun touch. Lake access might be challenging for anyone with mobility issues or young children, as it’s definitely not a walk-out beach. Kim and Mike were proactive leaving local recommendations and were easy to communicate with. Overall, fantastic rental for a large group!

The Sanctuary was a perfect spot for our multi-generational group. The indoor space was one of the best stocked AirBnBs we've ever stayed in. The house layout was well designed for minimal noise from common areas to bedrooms.
The outdoor amenities - kayaks, canoe, mooring enhanced the access to enjoy the lake. Prior to our visit we received timely and clear information for check in, check out and finding a boat rental during our stay.
Great visit, hope we can get back in the future!

The house was perfect for our family reunion of 9 adults and two children. the property offers a lot of space for various activities like firepit, kayaking, hot tub, relaxing on the porch, bbq, biking, walking, birdwatching, etc. The inside of the house is large enough giving privacy to couples or families that need it. the basement has two bedrooms with a large common area, fridge, dishes, etc. Our entire party was very happy with the house.
